Administrative capital of WPS LOL located in the Golden Delta at the large mostly desert WPS LOL Black-Fuchsia Plain, the city was established in 1991 where Italian-Arab rebels of Movimento Ribelle Nero-Fuchsia (today WPS LOL) founded the current administrative capital by uniting the cities of Jasmine, Babil (today Old WPS LOL) and Kalatria where he created in the exact center the district known as "WPS LOL HQ" where the WPS LOL Kingdom Tower was founded (the main HQ of WPS LOL) initially the city was divided into 6 districts: WPS LOL HQ (downtown), Kalatria (north), Babil (east), Jasmine (southeast), Bab 'Iilah (southwest) and Al-Platinum (west) then in 2021 there was the administrative reform where the districts of the new city were divided into several districts due to the dramatic increase in population in a few years where the WPS LOL had to redo the administrative map of the city where it is currently divided into 2 districts (the districts of Al -Platinum and Bab 'Iilah representing the new city have been divided into other districts i.e. 4 new districts in Al-Platinum financial area (Green Platinum, Plasma Platinum, Purple Platinum and Sport City) and another 6 new districts in the former area of Bab'Iilah (Walteripolis, Phoenix, Reset Freedom, Twitch and Hangout) beyond the Heliport area which has its own district.

WPS LOL City although it exists only since 1991 at political and administrative level (the old city dates from 1530 and includes the districts of Kalatria (north), Babil (east) and Jasmine (southeast) while the new city was built after the 1991 i.e. the administrative area of WPS LOL QG (downtown) and after 2010 the districts of the new city were built where at least 2 trillion were invested in modern construction where ultra-modern neighborhoods with green areas, skyscrapers and buildings were built high with materials of glass, glass-resin, metallized glass and neon glass creating both a financial center in the west of the city known as Al-Platinum and the southwest part of the city where it is based on High Tech and Information Technology.

The population is 5.40 million inhabitants.

Kalatria, Babil and Jasmine are the oldest districts of the capital dating back to 1530 and representing the old WPS LOL.
The west and southwest part of the city along with the city center represent the new town also known as "New WPS LOL" built after 1990 to recent years.
WPS LOL QG (city center) is the administrative district of the country and of WPS LOL where there is a 1.3 km high skyscraper called "WPS LOL Kingdom Tower", over the years it has become a city-palace where inside there there are at least 250 floors where green areas such as parks and areas full of trees and an artificial lake have been built within the district.

The city was founded in the late 1990s, where in 2005 it was established as the Administrative Capital of the WPS LOL Republic City (although the first settlements in some areas of this city date back to the times of the Ottoman Empire), between 1991 and 2005 they were destroyed most of the Ottoman and English possessions; after 2010 the construction of the WPS LOL River will begin completed in 2018 where the Black-Fuchsia River has been lengthened bringing water to the south of the capital improving many civil services bringing drinking water to the whole area as well as the construction of 4 power plants hydro-electric.

In the southeast of the city is the WPS LOL "Walter Alif" International Airport built between the years 1980 and 2000, where in 2008 there was a phase 1 modernization, in 2013 Terminal 2 was created then in 2017 it was a phase 2 for modernization and serves not only state airports (military and/or civilian) but also some destinations around the world.

Other than WPS LOL City there are no other cities in this same Governorate and the city has only one mayor while there is no governor in WPS LOL City unlike the other 6 governorates, otherwise there is a large peripheral area outside of the mostly desert urban area bordering the sea where there are oil and gas plants, desalination etc...

WPS LOL City Policy

The city of WPS LOL City (administrative capital) is administered since 1990 (before this year it was a large desert area with a few towns in this large Delta in a desert plain, where the city had no mayors but chiefs who were rulers, kings, imams, clerics or any candidate but during the Ottoman Empire they were decided by the Governor of the former capital of the country (Al-Xeon) between 1561 and 1922; after which during the English administration the choice of mayor was decided by the King under government council of the British colony; in 1990 during the popular revolt of the Italian-Arab rebels against the British, the areas of Kalatria, Babil and Jasmine were merged to create the new administrative capital with the name of "WPS LOL City" which would later become the center of power of the WPS LOL in 2006 with its foundation where between the years 1990 and 2000 the construction of the new capital of the country began (in those 20-25 years the dismantling of most of the government areas, factories, infrastructures of the city began of Al-Xeon to be transferred to the new capital, causing a radical economic and social change from one city to another), where the British were driven out of WPS LOL City in 1991; subsequently with the foundation of the city the absolute monarchy system was abolished for a constitutional system with mayors elected by the government council, in 2005 with the fall of the English colony the elective power of the mayor is decided by the people under democratic elections.

Between 1561 and 1922 the "Sahra' Dahab Dlta" dynasty ruled in WPS LOL City; after which the power is succeeded by a tribal chief of the people governed by the King "Bashir Al-Sahra' Dahab Dlta" between 1922 and 1990; with the expulsion of the British in 1990 and the unification of the city that will become the new capital of the country, a mayor chosen by the Italian-Arab rebels is elected who orders the rebel army to bomb the British in the north and destroy the former capital Al-Xeon (which between 1990 and 2005 will be heavily bombed from many directions); between 1990 and 2005 the mayor will govern who will be the son of the last dynasty "Al-Sahra' Dahab Dlta" or Andy Al-Sahra' Dahab Dlta" who will govern until 2005 with more secular and less conservative ideas despite the fact that the party is the green one conservative; in 2006 with the first democratic elections the conservative mayor wins: "Ramses Tayeem" always from the green conservative party who will win with 58% of the votes; but starting from 2011 the progressive secularists wrest the capital from the conservatives thanks to the mayor: " Jessika Al-Foxsharjah" candidate and friend of the admin of WPS LOL with the Onda Fuchsia party which will win in 2011 with 54% of the votes; the mayor will reconfirm herself in 2015 with a second mandate where the party will change its name to Onda Nero-Fuchsia until to 2017 (where there were early elections because the mayor became President of Parliament and gave way to another mayor still from the same party but younger and progressive secular from a moderate Muslim family or rather: "Ana Al-Martyx" who with 72% they will owe the capital until 2021; in the 2021 administrative elections she will be confirmed as mayor for a second term with an overwhelming majority obtaining 84% of the votes.
