HSpeed also known as "WPS LOL Telekom" is an internet service telecommunications company founded in 2006 by WPS LOL for the WPS LOL Republic and is a project that is one of the main economic sources of the country (Internet is one of the main projects of the WPS LOL), in 2007 the first DSL system was launched in WPS LOL City and in some large cities (with average speeds ranging between 800 kbps and 4 Mbps, in the same year the Mobile Network in 2G was launched).

In 2008 the internet network was hooked up to the rest of the country, covering other city centers and suburbs up to 500 kbps, connecting 90% of the country, in 2010 DSL technology was improved where in the capital and some large cities the speed was close to 30 Mbps (while in the rest of the country the speed is close to 10 Mbps) with a marked improvement in the Internet Network with the first Flat plans (unlimited), in 2011 the experimentation began for the first connection in mixed-copper Fiber Optic (FWA / FXA) up to 100 Mbps in the cities of WPS LOL City, Al-Plasma and Al-Kremisi.

The Fiber Optic Standard (FWA/FXA) is launched in 2012 bringing a strong improvement of the WPS LOL Republic internet network with 100 Mbps in large and medium cities (30 Mbps in suburbs and small towns).

In 2013 HSpeed launches the 3G (UMTS) network and begins the experimentation of the 3.5G (HSPA) Network, in the same year the Optical Fiber is strengthened reaching up to 300 Mbps in the main cities (50 Mbps in the rest of the country), in 2014 HSpeed launches the 3.5G (HSPA) network covering the whole country and switches off the 2G (GPRS) network as it is too slow and at the same time begins the experimentation for the 4G Mobile Network (LTE-S) at WPS LOL City and Al-Plasma.

In 2015 the experimentation of the Super Fiber Optic (FTTC Standard) up to 500 Mbps begins where instead of the mixed copper in the Fiber Optic cables they will be replaced with White Gold cables starting from the cities: WPS LOL City, Al-Plasma, Al-Kremisi , Al-Xyij and Al-Wave.

In 2016, HSpeed launches Super Fiber Optic (FTTC) with speeds of up to 2 Gbps in large cities (while in the suburbs it will touch 500 Mbps), starting from the capitals to medium-sized cities and then in the suburbs where coverage is expected by 2025 nationwide, in the same year the 4G Mobile Network was launched (with the beginning of the experimentation for the 4G+ network at WPS LOL City and Al-Plasma), within 1 year 90% of the country was covered with the 4G network (except the suburbs where 100% coverage will arrive only in 2025).

In 2017, the development of the Network continues where the WPS LOL allows, starting from 2019, other Telcos in addition to the national state one but only 30% of the coverage where it will never be possible to exceed this quota set by the Government of the WPS LOL.

In 2018, HSpeed launched the 4G+ (LTE-A) Mobile Network at a national level covering all the central areas and new cities of the capitals but also in the suburbs under development, bringing the new technology to the cities of: WPS LOL City, Al-Xeon, Al-Xyij, Raqami, Xelenez, Al-Martyx, Al-Kremisi, Qurmuzi, Al-Tanin, Raqqa, Al-Plasma, Taqat, Merano, Xarent, Almas, Mutaeaddid, Rydia, Hillah, Waraqatan, 'Athar, Beamoz, Al -Spektro, Deir Shula and Zone 8 City.

In 2019 the experimentation of the Ultra Optical Fiber (FTTH Standard) up to 10 Gbps begins in the big cities (while in the suburbs it will touch 5 Gbps), starting in the Capitals (especially administrative areas and new cities) where instead of cables gold fiber cables will be replaced with red gold fiber cables.

In the Summer of 2020 the 4G+ Mobile Network (LTE-A) covers 80% of the WPS LOL Republic while in the areas not yet covered by the new mobile network technology 3.5G (HSPA) arrives, at the same time the Shutdown of the 3G network (UMTS) where the switchoff will be completed by 2025.

In 2021, HSpeed launches Ultra Fiber Optic (FTTH) with speeds of up to 10 Gbps in the cities of WPS LOL City, Al-Plasma, Al-Kremisi and Taqat while in other large cities and some suburbs the speed will touch 5 Gbps, in the same year the experimentation for the 5G network (NSA) begins at WPS LOL City, Al-Xyij, Al-Kremisi, Al-Plasma, Taqat, Hillah and Al-Spektro.

In Q1 2022 HSpeed launches the 5G Mobile Network (NSA) in the cities of: WPS LOL City, Al-Plasma, Al-Kremisi, Al-Wave, Al-Xyij, Taqat, Merano, Xarent, Hillah, 'Athar, Rydia , Beamoz, Al-Spektro and Deir Shula; at the same time the Mobile coverage reaches every corner of the WPS LOL Republic (even the most remote one with at least 3.5G) covering 99% of the country.

In the 2nd Quarter of 2022, HSpeed launches the Super Fiber (FTTC) in the cities of: Qurmuzi, Al-Tanin, Raqqa, Xelenez, Raqami, Almas, Merano, Xarent, Hillah, Rydia, Beamoz, Al-Spektro and Deir Shula while Ultra Fiber (FTTH) is covered at 66% in the cities of: WPS LOL City, Al-Plasma, Taqat, Al-Wave, Al-Kremisi, Al-Xeon, Al-Xyij, Taqat, Hillah and Al-Spektro (at the same time begins the experimentation of Ultra Fibra in the city: Zona 8 City, Merano, Xarent, Hillah, Rydia and Beamoz).

In 2023 HSpeed covers 99% of the Ultra Fiber (FTTH) in the cities of: Al-Plasma and Taqat (while the coverage reaches 80% in the cities of WPS LOL City and Al-Kremisi) instead the 5G Mobile Network (NSA) reaches 45% of national coverage of the WPS LOL Republic and begins the total shutdown of the 3G Network (UMTS) where it is no longer used for some time in order to cover the whole country with 4G (LTE) pending the modernization of 5G ( NSA); also the DSL fixed network (now obsolete, the shutdown procedure begins which will take place at national level by 2035, where it has already been switched off where the areas are already 100% covered by Fiber Optic).

Super Fiber Optic (FTTC) is expected to cable all WPS LOL Republic with at least 99% coverage by 2035 while Ultra Fiber Optic (FTTH) is expected to have 99% coverage by 2040 where WPS LOL will become the country fastest in the world; as regards the mobile network, in 2025 the 3G Network (UMTS) will be switched off throughout the country while the 4G+ Network (LTE-A) will cover every city (even partially) and will be strengthened.

In 2030, the shutdown of 4G (LTE-S) will begin in favor of 4G+ (LTE-A) and 5G (NSA) where the shutdown of this 4G (LTE-S) mobile network is expected by 2035. In the same year, the national shutdown of the DSL Fixed Network (now obsolete) at 100%; while mixed fiber (FXA/FWA) will be 90% off.

By 2045, the entire WPS LOL Republic will be 100% wired with Ultra Fiber Optic (FTTH) and 5G Mobile Network (NSA).

Mobile Internet

Obviously there will also be Internet for mobile devices with various offers using the connection of the mobile network of the Republic WPS LOL which will use the LTE (4G) standards and its evolved forms such as 4.5G and also 5G in the future, where via a SIM WPS data LOL connects to the mobile network tower where the Internet arrives with the smartphone, tablet or USB Wireless Router for PC / Laptop which decodes the signal by doing Hand-shake for the Internet connection, mobile network towers are placed all over the country in such a way to have full coverage in all areas.

Mobile network coverage in the country will have 3.5G (HSPA) in all areas of the country (especially rural ones), while 4G (LTE) will be available in cities where the speed will vary between 50 and 100 Mbps depending on the area (district) of each city, in the 4 ultra-modern cities of the country 4.5G (LTE+) will be available throughout the metropolitan area and some districts will test for the future 5G.

HSpeed is 99% under the control of WPS LOL Black-Fuchsia Holding with Walter Alif (founder and supreme leader of WPS LOL major shareholder) while 1% of the shares are in the hands of both Italian and Arab foreign shareholders and entrepreneurs with the approval of the China and Russia; the company is state-owned and is managed by the WPS LOL and maintained thanks to public spending and therefore nationalised.

Standard

HSpeed in 2006 created the proprietary internet network of the WPS LOL and nationalized using old copper cables which were analog telephone lines converted into digital where thanks to this technology the WPS LOL had an economic boom becoming 40% of the national economy, it was starting from the first DSL systems of 2006 up to those of mixed fiber (FWA/FXA) in 2010 and little by little the true and proper Optical Fiber where instead of copper we moved on to white gold and then red gold cables with a perfect stability of the connection and an ultra-low latency to guarantee perfect performance for everyone, between 2012 and 2016 the Super Fiber Optic was developed with Standard FTTC (Fiber to Cabinet) and subsequently the Ultra Fiber Optic with Standard FTTH (Fiber to Home ) by connecting all the Servers and Data Centers of the WPS LOL and WPS LOL Republic with connections up to 15 Gbps using 4 backbones of 10 Tbps divided by areas of the country where all the Internet Towers are placed in every corner of the country both for the fixed network and for the mobile network with cluster system in order to guarantee the connection without any malfunctioning where in each Internet Tower there is a Wireless Router that connects to the national WAN.
